Global file/folder masks

plz. incorporate global file-masking with names so you can use named masks to:

select multiple files types
colorize
search
run plugins
ect.

a) What do you mean by global file masking?
b) there isnt going to be a further developement of Salamander anytime soon. Its been halted ar infinitum

a) that any named group of filemasks can be used in the entire program to select or do anything, if i name a group of filemasks /document/ *.doc,*.wri.*.xls
i can search, colorize, run plugins ect. with the group /document/
