Salamander 2.52 and TortoiseCVS 1.10.1 unstable

This new version of Salamander and Tortoise CVS don’t seem to get along at all, I’m receiving constant instability reports from Salamander.
Tortoise is the latest stable release (v1.10.1)
CVS client version: Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.5.03 (Scorpio) Build 2382
SSH client version: TortoisePlink: Release 0.60
For now I'm going back to v2.51 it at least didn't have problems with Tortoise!

Thank you for this information. Did you try the development build of TortoiseCVS?
There was same problem in TortoiseSVN for several months, please look at
http://forum.altap.cz/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2575
There is a 99% probability that problem is on TortoiseCVS side.

You should note that on your web site, all it says is that this forum is the official means of support so one would conclude that crash reports should go here as well.

I'll try it but as a general rule I try to avoid beta or "for testing" software in a production environment.

The Bug Report dialog (from which you got the bug report) itself says that you should send it using email.

See the
main forum page.
Do not post crash reports here, send us the generated bug report by email instead, please.
Regarding TCVS: try to contact TortoiseCVS developers and show them the
same problem in TortoiseSVN.
