Reproducable:
- launch any exe-file from within salamander (p.e. ss25b11f.exe)
- when you get the security warning about unknown publisher (WinXP) because no valid signature is found, at this moment try to close salamander
- you end up in an endless loop of refreshes (only way to break the loop found so far is starting the taskmanager)

I can reproduce mentioned problem with Windows Explorer too. The Open File - Security Warning is displayed by Windows - looks like not our bug.

Hint: file must be downloaded from internet using Internet Explorer and stored to the NTFS drive (ADS support is needed for this warning).
