Dropbox icon missing on toolbar and in Change drive menu

Couple of users have complained to missing Dropbox icon on toolbar and in Change drive menu even when they have Dropbox application installed.

So I have installed latest version of Dropbox and it has configuration in different path than in time when we have added this feature. I have fixed it (it works with both paths), so next released version will work well.

You can use simple fix for current version of Salamander when you copy one file:
-go to (paste it when left panel is active): %LOCALAPPDATA%\Dropbox
-go to (paste it when right panel is active): %APPDATA%
-create directory Dropbox in right panel, go inside it
-copy file host.db from left panel to right panel (create file %APPDATA%\Dropbox\host.db as copy of %LOCALAPPDATA%\Dropbox\host.db)
-exit & start Salamander
-you should see Dropbox icon again
