Is there still a chance of earning an life-time license?
Is the Dutch translation still on going (and is there room for assistance)?

Here's an update on the translation progress of Salamander's main module:
All the dialogs and strings have been translated.
Currently i'm working on the stringtables.
Petr already has the SLT. The idea is to integrate this with all the other translated work and release it as an incomplete translation in the upcoming 3.00 beta 2 version.

Great! First Dutch version of Salamander is available to download.

I want to please you to look at your plugins and complete their translations. Download new Altap Translator for 3.0 beta 2 from this forum, and use command altaptrl\Salamand 3.0 beta 2\projects\Dutch\!translate2.bat to find all untranslated strings (couple of them is nearly in every plugin). Then please use !export_slt.bat and send here to this topic your new version of plugin's .slt file.

Maybe it would be good idea to do some review of translation, I have found couple of strings only partially translated (or second part of string was completely missing). I believe it would be just couple of strings, but I'm not able to find them (nor correct them).

Thanks to PatrickV for fixing existing translations of plugins. Currently I have received these: 7zip.slt, automation.slt, dbviewer.slt, checksum.slt, and checkver.slt. PatrickV is working on others.

Sorry for the delayed answer. Yesterday I just got back from a 3 week vacation...

Glad to see there's another active translator willing to do some work.
Currently i am working on the Salamander Main Module. Apart from a couple of strings, this work is complete.
I intend to have this reviewed as soon as possible so we can have a workable main module in the next beta release.
I'll send you a PM with some more details on how we could coordinate our efforts.

The uploaded regedit plugin is not complete and needs to be reviewed.

The uploaded regedt.slt is translated using the v2 translator, will it have an impact using the v3 translator to import this slt?

I have received fixed version of RegEdit plugin translation from PatrickV, it will be part of 3.0 beta 3 (PB103) version of Altap Translator. I think RegEdit is done. We will release Altap Translator for 3.0 beta 3 (PB103) on Monday.
