Behaviour of icons for 'sort-by' in middle toolbar

In SS beta 11 I have moved the toolbar icons for
- sort by name
- sort by extension
- sort by size
- sort by date
from the top toolbar to the middle toolbar.

In the middle toolbar, these toolbar icons do no reflect the actual file-sorting status of the active panel. If I click on an icon, the files are sorted respectively, but once clicked, they remain "pressed".

This is not the case, if the 'sort-by' - icons are in the top toolbar. There the "pressed" icon always corresponds with the sort order.

(Windows XP Home SP2 with all current updates)
