Select/Unselect Toolbar Icons Ignore Configuration

I have configuration/panels/include directories in select/unselect operations in "cleared" mode.

Notwithstanding that, the toolbar buttons that do "select" and "unselect" operations ignore configuration setting - directories are included.

This is by design.

The Select All and Unselect All commands ignores this option.
